Okay the picture is kind of irrelevant but I can't seem to find any pictures that associates with "Don't forget your routes" or "饮水思源" ;_; otl I'm so fail D: 

Training was a killer today D; The retarded Sun was like scorching hot and we were training ;_; And training after swimming is not good at all. Its like you're already so damn tired after swimming for two hours, and you still have training after that for another three hours. You want us to die ah?!

 As I was saying, I thought Coach would not come today as her contract with the had school expired already. She wouldn't come back to do voluntary work and not earn any money right? Unless... she is renewing it ;_; Crap. I'm scared. She made us do crazy sprints right after our run and step ups. It like "Ready... Start......... /le rests for THREE  seconds/ Ready... start..." And this cycle repeats itself again and again. I wanted to die at that time seriously. The sun so bloody hot, I was so bloody full after the lunch I had at home and I felt like puking. But she still made us sprint again and again and says that we should sprint there and come back within  3 seconds, which like no one could do ;_; Yes, welcome to my life.

Then after that we did more killing stuff which I don't want to remember. x.x We played a match after that and I played the GA. I pretty much screwed up the whole match because I couldn't run in front of Hui Shan and I couldn't jump high enough and I could shoot the ball accurately enough otl. And I think I should have played better. :( I'm going to train hard and be better in this game. This is a promise to myself. /determined face/

"After training" well, sort of  Coach called all of us to her side and started talking to us. It was actually meant to scold us for not being alert enough but it turned out to be a motivational talk :) She started talking about how we should have respect for everyone even our maid, how even a greeting would make a person's day, she asked us if we would even say goodnight to our parents before we went to bed, not take your father or mother who comes to fetch you to and fro school for granted, saying that our parents are making a living to support us and not let us become what they were back in the kampong days. I find these kind of talks very inspiring and motivational ;) I totally found a lot of sense in what she was saying. She is actually a very wise person. She is not the type of coach who only cares about how well you play in the game, she is the type of coach that will care about your attitude, character, results and all.  Actually, all of us would always rant and grump about her after training because she was always scolding us too much. But none of us actually realized what was the reason behind this scolding. She scolded us because she doesn't want us to make the same mistake again. I learnt a lot from the talk today :') although my legs were like asdfghjkl pain and suan For once, I'm actually glad that she is our coach, because, she can guide and shape in and every one of us inside the team to be a better person :)
